Our athletes and their families are cordially invited to celebrate our student-athletes’ academic and athletic accomplishments during the 2025 Track & Field season on Thursday, May 8th , from 6:30 – 9:30 pm at the stunning Star Hill Ranch located in Bee Cave on 15000 Hamilton Pool Road.
The western-themed banquet will include a catered dinner from Lupe Tortilla, an awards presentation, sponsorship tables with gift certificate raffles, a western-themed photo booth, and even a DJ so that we can maybe do a little line dancing!
Everyone (athletes & supporters) who plans to attend MUST RSVP so we have an accurate count for the caterer. Once you submit the RSVP form below, the link for Square will pop up so you can pay for your tickets.
- If you are not a Track & Field Booster member or you are a bronze booster member, you will pay for all of the tickets you need (including your athlete).
- If you are a silver, gold, or platinum booster member, your membership includes banquet tickets (silver – 1, gold – 2, platinum – 4). If you only plan to use the tickets included in your booster membership, we still need you to complete the RSVP form so we can include you in the food count. If you need additional tickets, please pay accordingly.
We politely request every athlete and supporter who plans to attend the banquet to RSVP no later than Sunday, April 27 to ensure we have adequate catering.
- Non-Athlete ticket price: $35
- Athlete ticket price: $15
We need 5 volunteers to help clean up the decorations after the banquet. It should be pretty quick and easy. Thank you in advance!
